We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Reed and the entire team at Westshore OMS Specialists for the outstanding care they provided to both of our daughters. From the moment we walked in, we were met with genuine kindness, courtesy, and professionalism that immediately put our family at ease. Dr. Reed took the time to clearly explain each procedure, answered all of our questions with patience, and demonstrated exceptional skill and confidence while removing teeth for both of our daughters. His calm demeanor and thoughtful approach made a potentially stressful experience much easier for them—and for us as parents. The quality of care from Dr. Reed and his team was exceptional from start to finish. What stood out most was their genuine concern for our daughters’ comfort and well-being. Every member of the staff showed compassion, attentiveness, and true care, treating our daughters as individuals rather than just patients. We feel truly thankful to have found such a skilled surgeon supported by a team that clearly values excellence, integrity, and kindness. We would highly recommend Dr. Reed and Westshore OMS Specialists to any family seeking top-quality oral surgery care delivered with compassion and professionalism.

Highly recommend Dr. Reed and the entire staff. Extremely informative explanation of my procedure and what to expect. Pleasantly surprised the office called me a few days after my procedure to see how I was doing. I can’t remember any other office ever calling once you walk out the door!

I highly recommend Dr. Winokur and his team! My 9 years old daughter needed a tooth exposure and an extra tooth removed, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The staff is incredibly attentive. They checked in the next day to made sure she was comfortable and how was she recovering. I'm so grateful for the excellent care and thank you for taking great care of my daughter!

Have already recommended a friend to the office. Linda was great answering any questions I had. I want to give a shout out to Esther. She is so pleasant and a wonderful front desk phone person. She makes sure messages go through. Dr. Reed is very knowledgeable and skilled in his field.
