I called weeks ago and spoke to the manager Regina. Never got helped or a call back. Also when I got work done the assistant Alexa was very upset that my temporary crown fell off and they had to put it back on, which is their job, but they were disrespectful about it (it fell off again but had another office help me glue it back on to avoid being treated disrespectfully). Also I have in message that the managers tone wasn鈥檛 warranted yet they lack the accountability and ability to apologize.-after their response- how would I follow up with an accounting firm when you didn鈥檛 give me any information on how to do so? Also you pushed my appointment that I had scheduled on purpose after me losing my dental insurance that you do not provide. I didn鈥檛 say quality of work is poor but your service is deserving of one star if that. Thanks

Personally I wouldn't give a star at all. They said they would get dental records from my previous dentist, which never happened. They treated me like I never seen a dentist before, two appointments later still no treatment, just consults. Now almost $400.00 dollars in and nothing done. If you need a tooth extracted, go to the Rescue Mission. At least they get thing's done at THE MISSION. Yes, the Rescue Mission is better than Westside Family Dental!! No kidding.

I started my dental plan in February with Dr Fairhurst and staff. I was so happy to finally find a dentist that truly understood my concerns and anxiety. No pressure and truly lets the patient drive the process. The staff is amazing and you are always greeted with a smile. In three months we crossed the finish line to a process I thought would take over year. Thank you Westside Dental for the amazing care 馃専馃専馃専馃専馃専

Beth is probably the best hygienist I鈥檝e ever seen for a cleaning. She was super efficient and informative throughout the entire cleaning.

Office managed to squeeze me in last minute for a new patient exam and a cleaning. Assistant Hayley was so gentle when doing my X rays, and Dr Fairhurst was very thorough with his exam. Ryley was my hygienist and very gentle with my cleaning. Wish they played one direction music, though. I felt very comfortable and would recommend this office !

Meet the Doctors
Westside Family Dental is led by Dr. Kevin Fairhurst, DMD, and Dr. Matt Klinker, DDS, both general dentists. Dr. Fairhurst was born and raised in Great Falls and, after earning his dental degree and practicing for several years in Idaho, returned home in 2010 to raise his family and continue his career. He is an active member of local and state dental societies and has volunteered providing dental care in the Dominican Republic and Brazil. Dr. Klinker was born and raised on his family's farm in Fairfield, Montana, where the practice says he learned the value of hard work, honesty, and caring for those around him. He earned both his undergraduate degree and his Doctor of Dental Surgery in Utah and regularly attends advanced continuing education courses.
