The entire team is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. The customer service is always excellent, and appointments are smooth from start to finish. Katy is the best! She always goes above and beyond to make everything comfortable and stress-free. My youngest is very shy and doesn’t like anyone touching him, but he was happy and comfortable with everyone. You can tell they truly care about providing great care and a great experience. Highly recommend!

I was really impressed with, first, the phone call that I made inquiring about getting an appointment, which to me was an emergency. As one of my teeth had a huge chunk chipped off and apparently was actually a fracture. Katie, who works The front desk was kind. Understanding and scheduled me for the next day. Upon arriving for my appointment, everyone at the front desk is nice , kind , upbeat. Every different aspect of my appointment had a person or persons performing necessary functions efficiently. From getting my teeth XRays, to getting my teeth cleaned to the doctor coming in and recommending the necessary treatments for the issue that I was having. To my surprise, they were able to schedule me the next day to take care of my emergency tooth issue. The office is nice and clean, comfortable chairs. They have music playing in the lobby, which I think most people will enjoy. They have televisions in the ceiling to keep you or if you have little ones, occupied while your teeth are being worked on, so you're not stressed out or anxious. I was impressed and i'm glad that I found this dental office.. I've recommended it to 3 other people

Very friendly and patient folks. They were willing to work with me and understood my concerns and questions. Bedside manner was excellent.
Being that I do not have dental insurance, they have a plan that they explain to me, that worked right into my financial budget.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. The entire staff is absolutely amazing. I didn’t know that dental visits could be so easy and comfortable. The admin, dental assistants, hygienists and Drs are all so kind and patient. Lisa our hygienist even helped us get my daughter in same day as her sealants to get some teeth pulled that were causing her serious pain. I highly recommend them.

What an amazing dental clinic! Each staff member went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They were all so friendly. I had the best exam and cleaning I have had in years, maybe ever. I have definitely found my new dental clinic. I highly recommend White Sands Family Dental.
