I had Tiffany as my dental hygienist today and she was spectacular. So understanding, kind, funny and incredibly knowledgeable. She explained things to me so well. Treated me with such kindness and understanding. I could not be happier with my experience today. Thank you Tiffany, you are amazing. Thank you for doing what you do. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a new dentist hygienist!

Very happy to rate 5stars! I started here in April and everyone has been very pleasant and helpful. Dr.Erin gets a + for being painless and fast! Vanessa also gets a + for being so attentive to detail and encouraging. These ladies are awesome!! Very satisfied!!

Hygienist Lori was amazing!! She was so good with my 3 year old!! Also very nice and informative, she answered all my questions and made sure I was completely aware of my dental health. The office is very clean and we got in quickly!

Edit to respond to owner: I did not post my review to resolve the situation, just to give feedback. Also, it is vital to note that "in compliance with Ohio law" does NOT mean it's accessible.
Whole Health Dentistry advertises themselves as a company that is centered around patient care and making dentistry accessible to everyone. Unfortunately, my experiences have not aligned with that. During my appointments, I only got to see the dentist for a short period of time, which is normal, but it felt incredibly rushed and impersonal. The dentist regularly ran late, and the one time that I had a concern about my teeth and inquired about it with her, she gave me no further help and rushed out of the room, leaving me unsatisfied with my appointment. As far as accessibility concerns, the company practically traps those who are unable to pay to have their records transferred to another practice. Probably an average of $20+ depending on how many pages of files and images you have as of February 2025. I have had a lot of experience in the medical field, specifically with the transferring of records, and never once has a practice charged me for transferring care. Typically, medical practices only charge you when you want hard copies for your own personal use, not electronically sending them to a new provider. And when I say typically, I mean that this is concretely the only practice in my life that has done it differently. They also do not have any way to electronically sign forms, meaning that patients have no other choice besides to come in person to sign. Records transfer also takes up to 30 days, which is practically unheard of. I see no reason why the biggest dentistry practice in the area, which advertises to outside counties as well, has not upgraded to an electronic system to ensure that their practice truly is accessible for everyone. Aside from those issues, every time I come in I am assigned a new dental hygienist, most have done a sub par job, and once they unevenly applied the fluoride coating and left me with globs of it on my teeth.

The first & last time I saw my previous dentist I was traumatized afterwards (that’s said a lot, but seriously)— but you have nothing to worry about when it comes to Whole Health Dentistry!! I got the best, gentlest cleaning done, got scheduled for a sedated extraction & had it taken care of. Don’t remember a thing about it thankfully, so job well done! There’s no specific name I can even point out because everyone from the dental assistants to the secretaries are so kind. It’s nice to be not scared! I’m very grateful & couldn’t recommend them enough.
