My daughter recently had surgery here, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was the excessive wait times. We waited over an hour past our scheduled consultation time, and then on surgery day we again waited over an hour past our check-in time. I understand that delays can happen, but having it occur at both appointments felt disrespectful of patients’ time and showed little regard for the families sitting and waiting. The nurses were generally friendly, but there was very little reassurance offered to my daughter despite this being her first experience with anesthesia and surgery. She was understandably nervous, and the process felt rushed and impersonal. The overall atmosphere felt more like a conveyor belt of surgeries than patient-centered care. Communication was also lacking. We received very little information about aftercare, what to expect during recovery, or how to best manage swelling and discomfort at home. We were sent home with a hard ice pack, and I was surprised that no facial wrap or comfortable support was provided or discussed. The lack of guidance left us feeling unprepared after the procedure. While the surgery itself may have been successful, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this facility.

If you need a wisdom tooth extraction. This is a place to go! The whole staff was amazing from scheduling to the very end! Tiffany stayed true to her word and as soon as she got that authorization, she got me in quick! She’s so friendly too! Rosie was Great! She made me feel comfortable until Dr. Robertson got in, it’s been six days. I’ve literally had no swelling. My pain has been really good & the healing process is way better than I expected! Thank you all! I was terrified, but they made it so much better!

I went in for surgery recently and the assistant Mary was very kind, reassuring, knowledgeable, and professional. Going in for a surgery can be so anxiety inducing and she was so patient and personable that helped put me at ease.

West location experience 10/10 experience with this office Very caring staff and Doctor, fantastic communication and support. I would highly recommend Wichita Oral Surgery center. My son had his wisdom teeth removed and they went over and beyond. Checked up on him a couple hours after and again the next morning! They definitely care about their patients!

I hade my wisdom teeth taken out about a week ago and the first few days were fine but the fourth day I woke up In the most horrible pain because the dentist cut up my gums and now I have tons of canker sores. Be careful coming here
