I had a great experience with Willamette Dental Clinic in Albany. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They asked me questions and let me navigate through what I needed. They gave me choices and they gave me a referral for a bigger issue with my teeth. That referral text me today and let me know they are going to be getting ahold of me and left me a number in case I needed to get ahold of them sooner. Impressionable experience.

I love everyone here at the Albany Willamette dental group. I have not had a bad experience here and I have been going here for 20 years. Karri and Michelle are amazing. So sweet and gentle when working on you. Highly recommend. 10/10

All of the staff here are excellent. From check-in to X-rays to cleaning to dental work to scheduling my next appointment was all seamless, painless, and enjoyable. Very calm and caring atmosphere in this office. Dr. Shearer and his assistant Kendra were phenomenal. Communicated extremely well and were fun and light hearted. No pain at all during my visit and having a couple of fillings done.

I never felt dumb. The dental team made sure to explain what they were talking about. They also made sure I understood why they came to the decision they did about future care. If I had questions I would have felt comfortable asking them.

My family visited us for the holidays as a surprise so I wanted to reschedule my appointment and the lady on the customer service number was absolutely rude and inconsiderate. I plan to change my insurance to another provider solely because of how rude she was.
