My daughter came in for a tooth extraction. She was very nervous and was immediately calmed by the doctor and his staff. They were all very friendly understanding and patient making sure she felt comfortable before anything happened. My daughter was shocked when the procedure was over and how fast it took.

I can’t express my gratitude that I have with this clinic and all the staff that work there. My procedure taking out my wisdom tooth was fantastic from the doctor who explained and Patiently did everything super easy through the assistant I loved the way they treat their patients. I want to share my experience regarding an appointment at this dental clinic. M.H., a 12-year-old girl in significant pain, was referred to this clinic by her regular dentist. I often assist this family with in-person English translation in our city and over the phone for appointments in other cities, including helping them understand procedures and communicating with nurses and dentists. On this occasion, they scheduled an appointment and drove one hour to the clinic. However, the clinic refused to see the child and one of her parents because they could not provide an official interpreter, and my offer to assist over the phone was not accepted. The staff’s behavior was neither friendly nor understanding, and the refusal appeared to be based on the dentist’s personal decision rather than the patient’s urgent situation. Despite the child being in considerable pain, the clinic did not accommodate the family, resulting in a few days of unnecessary pain before they were able to secure a referral to another city for care.

Dr Ji is fantastic! My procrastination and stubbornness put me in a very serious life threatening situation that I am now recovering from only because of Dr Ji's expertise, experience, determination, care, and knowledge. Thank you!

My husband saw Dr G today. Her staff is very kind and helpful. My husband has had major medical problems this year and we met with Dr G ahead of today’s surgery to go over everything! She is such a sweet doctor. His surgery went really well! She answers any questions along with her assistant. My husband has seen her before and that visit was great, too! For oral surgery, we want Dr G every time whenever possible. Thanks to Dr G and the staff for taking extra good care of hubby both times.
