I’d give 0 stars if that were an option. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and rolled her eyes when I politely asked why we had been waiting for over 2 hours. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

They get your insurance to pre approved before they do the work. This way I would know my part that I had to pay. I had to get partials.
They were all very friendly and professional.

Got an appointment with a oral surgeon once I got new insurance for my wisdom tooth to be removed and dr.berry said he would do the referral for it to be removed but the lady up front was rude and didn’t want to do it after dr. Berry said he would. Will not be going back.

The WORST Dentist and worst employees who make up lies to keep my health insurance money in South Georgia. The work this dentist did on my mouth was the worst with 4 crowns and he did not finish the job on fifth crown #11. He cancelled the job on September 12, 2024. Please do not go to that office trust me… My Crowns are not straight in the same level with the same size at front and different white colors.

Broke a tooth once, and made an appt at 2:30 and didn't leave until 6. Just for them to get me back there and say I'd have to come back to get it filled because they has to close. Asked if he could drill the tooth down to make it smooth, and then he ended up getting my tounge caught in the drill and cut it. 🙄 Another time I came in for a filling and the tooth hurt worse than before I had anything done to it.

About William R. Berry III, DDS
Berry Nice Smiles, led by Dr. William R. Berry III, DDS, is a general dental practice in Albany, Georgia, offering a full range of services including dental implants for patients who are missing one or more teeth. The practice treats implant placement as part of a broader menu of care that also includes crowns, bridges, dentures, root canals, and cosmetic dentistry, so patients can have their tooth replacement planned alongside their overall dental health in one office.
According to the practice, dental implants are placed as small posts that integrate with the jawbone over a period of months, after which a crown, bridge, or denture can be attached for a stable, natural-feeling result. The office describes options ranging from a single-tooth implant to implant-supported bridges and full arch replacement, and notes that a bone graft may be needed first if there is not enough bone at the implant site. The team says they build personalized treatment plans based on each patient's dental history, oral health, and goals, and they discuss anesthesia, sedation options, and payment or financing before moving forward with treatment.
