I had to have cavities done for the first time in probably decades. Dr. Nevell and her assistant did an excellent job — by the time the day was over, everything felt back to normal. She and her staff have always been very professional and personable. And the annual plan saved me a couple hundred dollars! Thank you everyone for amazing service.

They canceled my appointment an hour prior to the scheduled time due to staff illness. I was offered an alternative appointment for next year, which would result in the loss of one of my cleaning package benefits or the option to be placed on a cancellation list with only one week remaining in the year. The lady who contacted me repeatedly rephrased her statements until I told her I do understand English better than her and requested that she refrain from repetition and provide a solution instead, but unfortunately, none was offered. Ultimately, I requested that my file be closed and that I be disassociated from them. Instead, she directed me to pay the remaining balance due. That appears to be their top priority. They are sucks!!

Doctor Nebel and her entire team are absolutely amazing!! I am dealing with a difficult tooth... and they are so very gentle and patient... taking so much time to get the procedure completed while making sure I was in no pain! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for the most caring and perfect treatment they could find!! Thank you all so much❤️

I called in the morning. They were able to see me that day. I didn’t wait long to be seen. The dental technician was kind and explained each activity that he was doing. The doctor also was lovely, warning me of what might hurt and she was also artistic making my tooth look good. It all took about 1 hour.
