I love my nurses and my doctor and his entire staff, including the two front office ladies. I just cannot say enough good about Dr. Ghali, except, you are doing Gods work. I am so thankful he is my doctor. He’s very smart and thorough, plus he has a great down to earth ,approachable bedside manner, which encourages the pt. I thank you for helping figure out my issues and addressing them. I don’t know what my outcome will be, but I know I am in the very best hands. May God bless you.

I went to the er because of my tooth. And the dentist that I waited on was kind of rude. And told me that all my teeth needed to come out and I should make sure I make app with his office after my swelling goes down. Then when I do get there, thy claim they don't remove teeth. But then someone else says that they did. It was a complete waste of time. Nurses were nice though. And when I called they number they gave me to give review I got transferred to management and immediately was asked to leave my number for call back. Not satisfied at all.

Everything went well. Didn't really know who Dr. Ghali was with all the other young ones coming through . I realized they where in training. Met the doctor very nice, I have no complaints. His nurse gave me a call back rather quickly when I called and had a question .

I have had a terrible experience with this office. They are poor communicators and are highly disorganized. It took over a month to schedule our first appointment, not because the doctor's schedule was full, but because I had to keep calling back to get them to actually open and finish our chart. Now that we are supposed to go in for a follow-up, I am having the same issues. They have now rescheduled our February follow-up visit (that I called to schedule in December) all the way to mid-March because of an error on their end. They were not accommodating in trying to find an earlier time even with a different physician. The receptionist was rude and short and took no accountability for a mistake that she made. I do not recommend this office at all.

I was first referred to an ENT and decided at the last minute to ask for a referral to this clinic. Dr Brockman and the entire staff were all extremely nice and professional. Any time I called the office and needed something, I almost immediately received a call back. I even called after hours on the weekend with some post-op concerns and my call was answered and addressed immediately. I’m so thankful for everyone here and highly recommend their office.
