I've been happy with my experiences at the Benson location so far. I had not been to the dentist in some time unfortunately and I felt like I would get judged when I did, but they made me feel comfortable and understood my reluctance at my first appointment. I've been back a few times for needed services and it's always been great. Plus it's only 5 or so minutes from home so that's even better.

I have been coming here since my high school years, and overall I've had a great experience. Dr. Fitzgerald (the older guy) was always amazing and provided excellent care. However, one dentist I saw recently was not a good experience. During a procedure, he drilled very deep into my tooth, which caused significant pain. He also told me there were certain things that could not be done for my treatment. (I don't think he's there anymore) On my most recent visit, I saw Dr. Langen, and he was fantastic. Not only was he professional and helpful, but he was able to do things for my treatment that the previous dentist said couldn't be done. The difference in care and communication was night and day. 5 stars for Dr. Fitzgerald and Dr. Langen. They both provided EXCELLENT care and made me feel confident in my treatment. Unfortunately, my experience with the other dentist was disappointing, which is why I cannot give a full 5-star rating overall.

I’ve had wonderful experiences both times I came in, and the staff is great! Dr. Langan is truly amazing and thoroughly knows his stuff. I love that he takes the time to educate his patients about what’s going on in their mouths instead of leaving us in the dark. He is also very compassionate and truly cares about his work and patients, which sets him apart from many! Update (08/06/2026): Went back for a third time for a routine cleaning and Ms. Kimberly was wonderful. She was very gentle and informed me about what she was doing the whole way through, which I love. Although my favorite dentist left (Dr. Langan) I got to meet one of the new dentists Dr. Clark who was also great. Wonderful staff and place to go for dental work of all kinds. I highly recommend!

I can't express how satisfied I am with my dental implants. I know I already left a review but I'm so pleased with them that I had to tell you again. Thank you so very much! My mouth feels so comfortable and natural that I can't hardly believe it. It's great! Thank you Dr Dawson and Ashley, the dental tech.

The dental work itself is great, and I’ve been happy with the quality of care. Unfortunately, the billing department has been extremely frustrating to deal with. I’ve been trying to resolve a billing issue for over 6 months with little progress. They tend to overcharge, keep overpayments as account credits instead of issuing refunds, and the final cost often ends up much higher than the original estimate. In my case, I was charged over $2,000 more for essentially the same service just one year later. Customer service is also very inconsistent depending on who answers the phone. Some staff members are helpful, while others provide little to no assistance. If you can tolerate the billing headaches, the dental work may be worth it. But if transparent pricing and reliable customer service are important to you, proceed carefully.
