5 STARS! I’m very grateful for my experience with DR. Puckett, and his staff. I prayed about my appointment (bottom wisdom teeth extraction) and I believe God used this oral surgeon as an answer to my prayers. I was really nervous, but I was treated with excellent, and genuine care. The office feels like an environment of Christian faith which I found very comforting. All of my questions were patiently answered at my consultation. When I came in for my extraction it was as simple as getting checked in and sitting in the chair and getting a quick IV. DR. Puckett was talking about cake, and not long after I was out. When I woke up everything was done, and I was relieved, and grateful. As if the care wasn’t incredible enough, my recovery has been great. I have not needed to take my prescriptions for pain, not even ibuprofen. He offers holistic pain management, and I believe that has helped me to have such a positive and pain free recovery. I believe I was treated by very skilled, and gentle hands to have not needed pills as I heal. I, 100% recommend this place to anyone seeking an oral surgeon. I’m truly grateful God led me to this clinic! Thank you DR. Puckett (and staff) for the gracious and excellent care you treated me with! ~Mandee Rohn

I am extremely happy with the care Dr. Puckett and his team have provided me with! Everyone is so kind, friendly, and they take time to answer all my questions and explain things! I highly recommend!!!!

I’ve been previously referred to this office but we only recently had surgery on our kids. Dr. P & all of the staff was amazing as people speak of them. The care and attention are palatable from the moment you walk in the office. Dr. P has a plan to safely conduct surgeries while simultaneously including a health and safe recovery plan. One last additional comment, any child or adult would feel immediately comfortable after meeting Dr. P.

I’m happy because I was not the patient! 😂 But, all 3 of my kids have had to visit Dr. Puckett and he has been amazing every. single. time. He has mastered the art of making someone who is apprehensive and nervous, feel much more comfortable and at ease. My son told me after his visit “…and I couldn’t even match his energy today!” I have never seen Dr. Puckett in any mood other than happy, energetic and positive. The office staff has changed faces a few times over the years that we have been going there, but never have we been treated poorly by any of the staff, from the front desk to the surgery assistants. I will always recommend this office. However, the bad news is that Dr. Puckett can never retire, because there is no one that will be able to replace him.

Phenomenal friendly service. My first implant elsewhere was horrific, so I was a little nervous. Dr. Puckett and the entire staff put me at ease, explained everything thoroughly, and were all incredibly skilled. I had my implant yesterday, and I have zero pain today, with no pain meds, not even OTC. That is either high level skill or a miracle. Maybe both! Well worth the drive from Athens!
