Dr. Sanz and his staff were terrific. Clear details and costs were provided from the first oral evaluation through the implant process. Dr. Sanz carefully explained his procedures and what was going to happen next, both during surgery and for the following appointment. In my case I needed a bone graft, and realistic expectations were set for me for how long the process would take. Not that I'd hope for another procedure, but if I need more periodontal work in the future, I definitely will come back to this office!

As a person who used to hate going to the dentist as a young child, I really enjoy going to Dr. Sanz and his staff. From the front desk staff to my lovely hygienist - Beth - to Dr. Sanz - everyone makes you feel welcome to walk into the office. I highly recommend them!

The office staff was wonderful—friendly and welcoming. The assistant clearly explained the procedure, which helped put me at ease. Dr. Sanz was professional and walked me through each step of the process. I highly recommend for your dental needs.

Our experience at Wilmington Periodontics & Implants was wonderful. From the friendly receptionists to the wonderful dental hygienists to the amazing Dr. Sanz my daughter had the best care. We will definitely be back for all of our periodontic needs and highly recommend them.
