The dentist was amazing. I was attended by Dr. Alsayed, he was very patient and has the best bedside manners. He was assisted by Billy, what a wonderful human being. He was very nice throughout the whole process, he explained everything to me and answered all my questions. They just need to work on their TIME. If your appt is at 9am you better get there at 8Am otherwise you will be very disappointed. Otherwise they are very good and friendly.

This is not as high tech as other places around, but everyone was so kind and nice. The dental hygienist was from Ukraine (I wish I remembered her name), she was so knowledgeable, gave me clear instructions of what she was doing, kept me calm. The XRay technician was very nice also, he also explained things properly and made sure I was ok when I had a hard time with a few X-rays. I am looking forward to go back for another cleaning in 6 months.

I see a lot of bad reviews on here all the time but really, they aren’t that bad. I went in for a consultation for wisdom teeth and they took me back 30 minutes before my appointment and got me right in and out. Everyone was very kind even though some of the staff at the desk were not very polite and had an a bit of an awful tone to them. Like you’re bothering them, when you’re just there for an appointment. I don’t really understand what’s going on with that, I understand there can be some pretty rude people that come in day in and day out but you should always treat people with kindness especially when you’re working with the public, because you never truly know what someone is going through. I just went in recent on 05/16/2026 for my wisdom teeth to be taken out, the people at the front desk then were actually very nice although I did not catch their names. My other appointment before this recent one was about two weeks prior. I went and waited in the room for about 20 minutes and then they called me back for my wisdom teeth, the whole procedure went very well and it only took about 30 minutes I would say. The oral surgeon did an outstanding job although I did not get his name nor do I remember it. I just wish they could have possibly given me some more advice for post-op but I am very satisfied with how i’m healing and how the appointment went. This place is not as bad as it seems, I know people have very mixed reviews and things may have different for others but so far I haven’t really had too big of an issue with them.

Was here today was speaking to my son about us getting a dog our family dog just passed away from old age we had to put him down the older filipino doctor stated that there was the Humane Society and I said ok good that’s nice to know than after that Proceeded to talk Tagalog which she did not know I am half Filipino and I understand some of what she was saying that’s so rude and than I spoke to a office manager and told her my concerns and for the provider to than make it awkward while she is doing my sons teeth so we can’t speak in our native language out loud because we are making people uncomfortable NO dont make this a Race or discrimination you were dead wrong I had to than tell her no I am half of what you are honey so let’s not go there I did understand a little but not a lot because you mad mask and was speaking Muffled so I did not attach it but not me that is uncalled for and rude last time I will be there nope am sorry unwelcome uncomfortable nope not the place and time and if she Felt OK doing what she did today to me. How many times has she done it before in the past and got away with it and felt comfortable to keep doing it has no repercussions for her actions.

I was extremely happy with my cleaning, I do have to go back to see the dentist in a few weeks and hope to get a back molar that may need a root canal taken care of. Rachel was the sweetest kindest dental hygienist. The front test was quick and efficient and they were calling people in at a good rate and getting them in and out.
