I have been with Dr. Winborn for more than 20 years and I would go nowhere else for dental work of any kind. He’s the most friendly, professional, and knowledgeable dentist you will ever find anywhere within the 50 states.

A few months ago I visited Dr Winborn for the first time for some long overdue dental work. I was so surprised to be greeted by such a delightful receptionist. I was quickly taken back to the dentist area and the assistant did the normal X-rays and medical information. The Dr came in and explained everything that needed to be done to correct my dental problems; however, he stopped and started asking me more about my heart problems and he was concerned and told me he didn't want to do the procedure until I visited my cardiologist. So he sent a letter to my cardiologist and they returned quickly with appointments for a stress test. Unknown to me I was a brink of a heart attack. I now am recovering from a stent placement and doing much better. All because Dr. Winborn cared enough to take the time to ask questions and to refer me to my cardiologist before he did my dental work. Thank you Dr Winborn and staff because I believe God used you to help me. God is Good.

I'm going to go through this step by step The entire process was great. Front office staff were extremely nice. You're treated like gold as soon as you walk in. Intake is easy but thorough. The assistants and nurses are amazing. Great bedside manner, sweet, caring, enjoyable, and super smart. Dr. Winborn was great. He's not super chatty but is really nice and has great bedside. Not jaded and hateful like the ones you get at corporate dentistry around Fort Smith. It's a great family ran establishment. They just care, truly! Had a tooth pulled, it was very quick and I have very little pain. The shots he gave I didn't even feel (I am a big Ole baby when it comes to needles). They made sure I was calm, informed, and they showed great care during my procedure. After, just as nice as can be. Went over everything. The office is beautiful, clean, and inviting. You just can not ask for better. Front Office Staff: Nicest people you can imagine! 5 stars (more if I could) Nursing/Dental Assistant staff: thorough, pleasant, caring, hospitable, knowledgeable. 5 stars (more if I could) Cleanliness and atmosphere: WONDERFUL. Great environment. Clean as a whistle. Nice decor. It's not lousy and outdated. Very home like feeling. Bathroom was massive and super clean. 5+++ stars. Dentist: AMAZING. He was so fast and on point. I had no pain, no anxiety, no traumatic experiences. Nothing but praise. He even got my horrid tooth out in one piece. Awesome dentist. Overall experience. I have to break rules and give 10 stars. What an awesome place and experience. He will be my dentist going forward. If you're looking for the best dental experience in the river valley, this place is you're dream spot. Give him a shot. You won't be displeased.
