I had a great experience at Winn Smiles. As a new patient coming in for a cleaning, everything felt welcoming and well thought out. The hygienist and doctor were both genuinely kind and made the visit comfortable from start to finish.
They even gave me a welcome gift, which was a nice touch. Small details stood out, offering water, a blanket, and even chapstick. That level of consideration is rare and made a big difference.
I also had mouth X-rays done, which are usually very uncomfortable, but they used a cushion that made it easily the best X-ray experience I’ve had. Super thoughtful and clearly patient-focused.
Highly recommend if you want a dental office that actually cares about the patient experience.

Since childhood, I've always had severe anxiety when going to the dentist most notably for procedures! However, the warm & welcome greeting, and always by my personal name, from the front desk staff to the compassionate care in their chair, the staff always make me feel completely at ease, and feel I mattered as their patient!
They explain every step before starting, take precautions & frequently ask if there is anything they can do to make the process more comfortable.

Victoria is the absolute best! She is so kind, personable and gentle! If you want your teeth feeling extra clean, I highly recommend her! She takes her time and always makes me feel welcomed!

Walked out of my first appointment. It felt like they were going to scam you and say you had cavities even if you didn’t have any. They were making you point to a chart that included can you make payments on procedures. I was there for a routine cleaning and have insurance. I only went there because the dentist I love had scheduling difficulties. I will wait for them. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a dentist office. Would not recommend.

Jessica is just amazing! Efficient, knowledgeable and super friendly …. I felt like I was among friends. Same with Dr. Taylor…. Amazing at his craft! Emergency crown replacement went seamlessly. Best dentist visit ever!
