I was a patient here for quite some time and initially had a great experience. Before moving forward with my dental implant, Jasmin told me she had verified everything with my insurance and provided me with an estimate. All necessary scans were completed to determine exactly what needed to be done, and based on those discussions, everything seemed clear and approved. After the implant procedure was completed, I was presented with an additional $500 bill. When I questioned this, I was told my dental insurance did not cover it, but that my medical insurance would. Jasmin advised me that I would need to pay the balance upfront and then seek reimbursement myself. At a later visit, I specifically asked the front desk if they bill medical insurance, and they told me that they sometimes do. I provided all of my medical insurance information and asked that it be forwarded to Jasmin. I also followed up by email to ensure they had what they needed. Despite this, the invoice has now been outstanding for over two years. The situation feels like a bait-and-switch — being quoted one price upfront, only to be billed additional charges after the service is completed, with the explanation that it was “just an estimate.” I moved forward with the procedure based on the understanding that insurance had been verified and approved in advance. I’m disappointed because my experience started off very positively, but the billing process and lack of resolution have left me frustrated.

Dr. Ramdin is truly the best. I have never had the best experiences with going to the dentist until her. She’s the sweetest and she’s patient. She brought back my smile and I will forever be grateful for her. The staff is very kind and always willing to help as well.

I had a wonderful experience as a first-time patient at Winter Garden Smiles. Vryanna was my hygienist, and she made sure my teeth cleaning was both thorough and very comfortable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole visit feel relaxed and stress-free. The team communicated the status of my dental health in a clear, easy-to-understand way and provided a treatment plan that aligned with my goals. I also really appreciated how accommodating and transparent they were with the financial plan. Everyone I interacted with was warm, friendly, and professional. I’m very happy I chose Winter Garden Smiles and look forward to continuing my care with them.

I recently had an appointment at Winter Garden Smile Dentist, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! Jaz was absolutely fantastic super friendly, efficient, and made the whole onboarding process a breeze. Dr. Ramdin is absolutely wonderful! She’s incredibly skilled, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in detail without rushing. Her gentle approach made the procedure painless.

I had a great experience at Winter Garden Smiles getting my crown done. The staff was very friendly and professional, and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The dentist explained everything clearly and the process was smooth from start to finish. The office was clean and the service was top tier. Highly recommend!
