They are in complete disarray here. 1st visit discussed options with Dr then went to desk for treatment plan and was completely different. Talked it out and thought it was straight. Went in for 2nd visit. Nobody had any idea what the plan was so we talked it all out again and rescheduled. They wanted to move up my 3rd appointment which I had no problems with until they discussed our plan and it was nothing like what was discussed and I told them this and they released me. Would not recommend to anyone. Ever. Here I am month later and still have the bad tooth in my head.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed here and had nothing but issues. The pain and swelling was so bad over a week later that she went back and was told that they accidentally left a piece of tooth in there and they had to go back in there and cut her open and get it out and stitch her back up. A couple of weeks later she went back for a follow up and there was infection in her bone and now she has been hospitalized for a week. Definitely don’t recommend this place or OU medical center

My son woke up during surgery and was unable to speak; he could only cry. He heard the staff talking as they actively removed his lower right tooth. A person nearby kept wiping his tears away but never informed the medical team about his distress. This was a traumatic experience for him. Additionally, they never offered him ice or a head wrap, insisting instead that he could have "purchased" those items. He was in severe pain, and it seemed that no one was concerned about his well-being.

Everyone was extremely friendly. My daughter was seen quickly and the actual wisdom teeth removal was very fast.

We had a wonderful experience with my daughter’s oral surgeon. From the very beginning, the doctor took the time to explain everything thoroughly, so I always knew what to expect. Every question I had was answered in great detail, which really helped ease my nerves. As a parent, it’s hard not to worry, but the entire team made us feel safe, informed, and truly cared for. We felt like we were in the best hands, and I’m so grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and expertise we received. I highly recommend them!
