My husband had some very badly broken and badly cavity ridden teeth. He hates going to the dentist plus has a lot of anxiety. However, after finding a dentist close to home that offers sedated cleanings and services referred us to wood and meyers to get the bad teeth extracted and some nasty infection dealt with. We dealt with the Lancaster office and it’s the most uplifting and compassionate care ever. Everywhere from the front desk to the doctors and nurses to the call center staff. Additionally, we were scheduled with Dr Smith and I must say he’s one of the BEST. We love how the office is an open book and has their doctors, experience, knowledge, studies, and journeys on their website. Not only did Dr smith serve our country but he serves his patients very very well. Dr. Smith comes with A LOT of knowledge and A LOT of experience. My husband is a navy veteran and had other wisdom teeth removed in the service. They refused to remove a troubled tooth. However, due to state of the art advanced xray and other technology and God guided hands on Dr Smith he conquered the job. He called us himself the night of surgery to check in on us. And we were able to get a hold of the nursing staff quickly and efficiently and they were able to make sure he was comfortable and pain free for a couple weeks to heal properly. Wood and Myers is an awesome practice and I’m so glad I got to meet them.

I had to have a crown, surgically removed. Dr. Smith did such a good job. My gum didn't swell, very little pain and two days later, my gum was normal looking. Thank you Dr. Smith

Dr Smith was thorough and patient. He explained everything to me and what I would expect since he allowed me to have my tooth extraction under local. I appreciate the time and money he saved me by allowing it to be done awake. Everyone I encountered was very professional and kind!
