Woodland Dental has been one of the most unreliable clinics I’ve ever dealt with. They repeatedly canceled my appointments the evening before; sometimes after I had already waited months to be seen. They claimed they would call me to reschedule, and every time I heard nothing. I always had to call back myself, only to be pushed months out again. This wasn’t a one‑time mistake. It was a pattern that went on for years. What made it even worse was how I was treated as a patient with state insurance. I was made to feel “less than,” like my time and my health didn’t matter as much as other patients. The tone, the lack of follow‑through, the constant last‑minute cancellations; it all added up to feeling like I wasn’t a priority simply because of the insurance I have. No one should ever feel that way when seeking medical or dental care. I also have medical conditions that make timely dental treatment extremely important, and I made that clear. Despite that, the cancellations continued with no urgency, no accountability, and no respect for the risks involved. The text message in my screenshot is just one example of many. Last‑minute cancellations, no rescheduling, and no regard for how long I had already been waiting. If you need dependable dental care, especially if you’re on state insurance, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Woodland Dental has shown me repeatedly that reliability, communication, and patient respect are not priorities here

Very good first-time experience getting dental work done by Dr Dan. Very comforting and calm environment given my fear of the dentist and himself and his staff were very compassionate and talking me through the entire process of 4 fillings. Thanks to Dr Dan I am also FINALLY able to get my impacted wisdom teeth out thanks to him providing me x-rays and referring me to the oral surgeon on such a short notice. Thank you Dr Dan and team for taking good care of me despite being a difficult patient to work on!

They deliberately discriminate against people with the state insurance My fiancé who is disabled and a college student who has State insurance has repeatedly and unexpectedly with no notice or very little notice had her Appointments canceled without rescheduling for years. They have allowed her teeth to disintegrate to the point now where one of them has broken in half over the weekend and we have to get emergency care. This is extremely dangerous for my fiancé as she is very at risk for any infections because of an artificial heart valve and the medications that she has to take to stay alive. If she dies from a blood born infection because of neglect of emergency dental care that she's been needing now for years that they have neglected to provide you best believe Attorneys will be involved.

DO NOT, DO NOT for any reason, other than you have no other options, go to this Dentistry. More Friends, Family members and others have had terrible service through this office. I went to see them on Aug 1st. 2024, because of a broken top plate. They did the "Modern Wand Sysytem" to "accurately scan the gums for the most exact fittings". I then waited 2 months before I had another visit and then impressions were made. I waited another month before my next visit, which were the wax fittings. Noticing right away that they did not fit right, I told the "Dentist" Lisa that adjustments needed to be made. I was ignored. I Waited another month before my Top plate was ready. It fit somewhat but was told I would need to "glue them in place". The year turned and I still hadn't received my bottom plate. I was using my old bottom plate, which of course didn't fit anymore. The wax fittings were so far from actually fitting that when my plate finally arrived in April of 2025, adjustments then were made, by buffing them to the point of almost no material left on most of the left side. I tried using " Glue" but because of such a poor fitting, it leeched out and then coated my tonsils. I ended up in Emergency and the Doctor had to clean my tonsils and prescribe antibiotics. Then I was told to come in for a "Hard re-lining. After months of not being able to eat solid food, losing over 25 pounds and not to mention the pain of very sore gums and tonsils, I finally thought I'm going to get my full set of teeth. To this day my Teeth do not fit right, will never fit right and I will have no other choice but to seek help from another Dentistry. Also, I might add that they billed Delta Dental incorrectly for Services and double billed for services that were only done once. BE CAREFUL, Try and find a Better, more Compassionate and Professional office.

One star for the front desk ladies. They are so nice! But the dentist is messy, incomplete, and unprofessional. He ruined 4 of my perfectly good teeth to put in bridges that he never finished. He got paid for all of the work but he never completed the work.
