Woodlands Village Dentistry is a full-service dental practice in Flagstaff, Arizona, located on West University Avenue near Northern Arizona University with parking available in front of the building. The practice provides general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and dental implants, and describes implants as a permanent solution for missing teeth: a titanium post is placed in the jawbone, and after healing a custom-made tooth is attached so patients can eat and speak normally. The office says it has been providing implant treatment since 2014 and works with each patient on a customized plan.
Beyond implants, the practice offers dental exams, teeth cleaning, teeth whitening, tooth fillings, root canals, nightguards, dentures, and dental crowns and veneers. The office uses digital dentistry and 3D printing to complete many procedures in a single visit, including same-day milled crowns, dentures, and surgical guides. Woodlands Village Dentistry takes a collaborative approach, discussing all options with patients before treatment decisions are made, and it accepts most major dental insurance plans, including Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna, and MetLife. Dr. Elliot Martich is the principal dentist at Woodlands Village Dentistry. He grew up in the Phoenix area, attended the University of Arizona, and was a member of the inaugural class at Midwestern University's dental program. After practicing for three years in the Phoenix valley, he moved to Flagstaff in 2014 and took over the practice from its founder, Dr. Bob Ruge, who established Woodlands Village Dentistry in 1992 and has since retired. Dr. Martich enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, including fillings, crowns, root canals, and implants.
