This is a longer review for those wanting a full picture. BEST DENTAL TEAM in Orange County!!! As a new patient and someone who has worked with teams and leadership for over 7 years, Dr. Wright's team is what we call a transformational team. Dr. Wright: Spent more time with me than most doctors answering my questions about a possible surgical procedure and informing me about it. His soothing baritone voice is sincere and genuinely full of care. The way he interacts with his clients is the same as his team members. During my initial visit, I was surprised at the level of organization and communication between the X-Ray tech and himself. I felt like I was in the hands of an elite medical team. Dr. Wright's office is nothing less. Office Manager Ginny: Normally, my experience with office managers is quite transactional--the sooner they can pass me to the next team member, the better. Ginny, however, made me feel invited and truly cared for just by her welcome and presence alone. Because of me, she went on a 10-minute goose hunt for my insurance info. Yet, through the whole process, she was calm and patient. She went above and beyond by reaching out to the insurance company for me. She does not miss a detail and I feel blessed to be in the presence of such personable care. Dental Hygienist Michelle: What I truly appreciate about Michelle is her communication and attention to detail. She articulated her process before and during my cleaning which made me feel respected, informed, and know what to expect. She is diligent and attentive to detail, never leaving a tooth untouched! I was pleased to witness her thoroughness when she didn't have to be. She too went above and beyond to make me comfortable and look forward to my next visit! X-ray Tech Ariana Was thorough, communicative, and a pleasure to talk to during my new patient visit. She too talked me through the process of many photos, and it was clear that she had high standards for her performance, a reflection of the culture in the office. oh, and my teeth look and feel spectacular.

Dr. Wright is the most knowledgable surgeon. He explained the procedures to me in detail and also in writing. He was so patient when I had lots of questions. I did many hours of research prior to deciding on Dr. Wright. i had prior work done at a different dentist and the bone grafts failed. So i had to find a surgeon that could fix the prior work done on my mouth. Dr. Wright was the perfect choice. The tissue transfer was completed one week ago meticulously. Dr Wright will be doing future bone grafts for my implants and i finally know that i am in the hands of the best surgeon in Orange County. His office staff have been so accommodating and kind. I had an excellent experience at Wright Perio & Implants. The staff was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. My cleaning was thorough yet gentle, and the treatment I received was explained clearly and performed with great care. I’m happy with the results and highly recommend their services for anyone seeking top-notch dental care.

I can’t thank Dr. Wright, Michelle (dental hygienist), and Ginny (the one woman show, who runs the office) enough for handholding me through the process of a tooth extraction, dental implant, and now ongoing dental hygiene appointments. I’ve always been terrified of going to the dentist, until I started coming here. Dr. Wright is both amazing at what he does and so sweet during treatments. He’s given me my smile back by helping get rid of an infection via tooth extraction and helping me through the process of getting a dental implant, which I’m so happy with. Michelle is also a top of the line dental hygienist, who is so gentle, nonjudgmental, and amazing at what she does. I went in for my dental hygiene appointment today, and they’ve implemented a new method of cleaning, called GBT, that was gentler, yet more effective. Michelle puts a layer of gel over the teeth that turns purple over areas where there’s plaque build-up, which enables her to really focus on those areas to rid the mouth of any plaque or tartar buildup. And the best part is that it doesn’t hurt! Ginny is also the best at what she does. She’s been so helpful with all things scheduling, dealing with insurance, and making sure I’m getting back into the office when I need to, even as a busy mama of 2 little boys. Grateful for this team, and could not recommend them enough!

Thank you so much, Dr. Moran and all your wonderful staff, for the consistently high quality care you have provided my husband & me all these years. It's hard to imagine that an extraction and a bone graft can actually be a pleasant experience, but it was, thanks to you and your team! Dr. Moran's skills, expertise, calming, and articulate manner are enormously important to my husband and to me. We have come to Dr. Moran for all of our periodontal and implant needs (as well as normal maintenance & check ups) for about 8 years. We love how she tells if you DON'T need "X" as well as if you do. We trust her judgment and honesty so completely that it has been very comforting. In addition to Dr. Moran's qualities, she has a team working with her that really makes things simple. For example, her office manager, Ginny, really knows how to work with insurance companies and how to help you with all of your billing needs. What a relief that has been! My husband and I feel well-cared for and healthier thanks to our experiences with Dr. Moran. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
