As a fellow dentist and now a patient, I can say with complete confidence that Dr. Alex is exceptional. He has a calm, reassuring presence that puts patients at ease. He also takes the time to ensure they feel heard, informed, and comfortable. We are fortunate to have someone so skilled and genuinely caring in our community.

I just had the best experience after having several days of anxiety building up to this appointment. No one wants to get a root canal or have 1 retreated and Dr Troxel made me feel right at home. He was so knowledgeable, very professional, and when asked what he would do if it was his tooth gave me an honest answer! Barb at the front is amazing. She helped me with all my paperwork and facilitated getting the best appointment times that fit with my schedule. And Sadie greets you with a smile and is so kind and pleasant that it just immediately calmed my nerves !!! Thank you so much for caring And showing such empathy when it’s so hard to even walk through your front door!!! 🌴🌴🌴

Dr. Troxel is very knowledgeable and is great at communicating before, during & after the procedure (in my case a root canal). I was very impressed with his extra care to keep everything as comfortable as possible throughout - root canals have a bad rap, but Dr. Alex is working to flip that reputation. If you have to have it done, this is the place.

Dr. Troxel and his team were great. High level hospitality and a great overall experience. They turned an uncomfortable situation into a smooth, efficient and painless process... 10/10 would recommend others to utilize their services.

My dentist referred me to Dr. Troxel for a root canal procedure, which took place yesterday morning. My first compliment goes to Barb, who manages the office. When I called to schedule the appointment, Dr. Troxel had not yet received the necessary scans from my dentist. Barb took ownership of chasing the files down for me, kept me updated on her progress, and was able to get me scheduled within a couple of days. I haven’t had a root canal in decades and was very nervous. Dr. Troxel very patiently explained every part of the procedure to me, helping me to feel prepared for everything I was going to experience. He and his assistant Sophie were gentle, and calming. While it was uncomfortable to undergo the procedure - lying still for so long while being worked on - it was not a painful experience.I expected to be in a good deal of pain last night and today, but happily I am experiencing only some mild soreness. What I also really appreciated is the state of the art technology Dr. Troxel uses to effectively minimize post-procedure complications. Reading about this GentleWave technology, it seems clear that it offers better results than the “traditional” method. I’m glad to have been referred to Dr. Troxel.
