Hello everyone - I wanted to share the outstanding experience we had at YJOMS. My daughter had all four of her wisdom teeth removed yesterday and I couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care she received. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made her feel calm, kept both of us informed and genuinely cared for. They patiently explained every step of the way which kept us both at ease and their professionalism was matched by kindness and compassion. Dr Jun and his team was incredibly skilled and attentive during the procedure and they checked in on us and ensured that we had all the information we need for the post op care to ensure my daughter was comfortable and healing well. So far her recovery has been smooth and it’s clear that the level of expertise and care she received made all the difference. I highly recommend this office to any family looking for outstanding oral surgery care.

Highly recommend! My Oral Surgeon was Dr. Jun and the bed side assistance’s were Rose and Tony. I am still in the recovery phase so I’ll speak about my experience to this extent and hopefully update after a full recovery. I had a consultation with Dr. Jun a few weeks before my wisdom teeth surgery. The consultation was pretty quick. He told me what he saw on the X-rays. And answered some of my odd ball questions. Paid a consultation fee. A few notes on the consultation fee: I had to explicitly ask about whether there would be a fee prior to the visit. I wish they can be upfront about it without me having to ask. Either way I totally understand the fee. The receptionist did make a mistake on the treatment plan and charged an additional consultation fee but was removed after I brought it up to her attention. I understand mistakes happen but I guess I have to add this in the review. After that I booked a Surgery date. I did have to change the date few days later and really appreciate how easy it was to push it a few days later. My Surgery day. Walked in and spoke to the receptionist. Paid what I owe for the surgery. Then Tony walked with me to the surgery room. Rose came in as well. Tony gave me a quick rundown of what was going to happen. Had some small talk with them. Then Dr. Jun came in and I think he was the one to administer the anesthesia. I think this was the easiest and painless needle I have had. Tried to fight the anesthesia lol but failed and fell asleep. Woke up. Tony assisted me with the post-op process. He let me choose an ice cream and called my designated driver. Dr. Jun called around 4 hours later but unfortunately was asleep. But I was all good. I didn’t look to in depth in my mouth but from what I can see it was done very cleanly. I actually don’t think the Surgery could’ve gotten any better. Dr. Jun and his team did an amazingly good job. I would definitely recommend anyone needing to get their wisdom teeth removed to see Dr. Jun.

I was referred to Dr. Jun by my regular Dentist due to a very infected tooth. The staff and Dr. Jun told me about the different recommendations for my issue in a very understandable and non pressuring manner that helped me decide to have it removed. I was nervous but they were all kind, patient, and understanding. Tony, Rose, Lisa, and the Dr are fantastic and I would definitely recommend this location.

Dr. David Roe and the team, Rose, Stephanie and Lisa were all so caring and gave me all the time I needed to explain the process, 4 extractions, ( 3 were wisdom teeth), and impacted, also had a implant placed. Sedation was managed perfectly, I was not over or under sedated. I was a very nervous patient and Dr. Roe put me at ease and he’s very talented. He’s new to this practice so I looked up his reviews where he came from on the east coast, he had all 5 star reviews, I’d give him 10 stars if I could. I have minimal discomfort post surgery and I received a phone call from Dr.Roe first night post op. Very impressive and I will only go to this office in the future.

I had a great experience! The reception desk ladies were very nice and the dental assistants went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I got all four of my wisdom teeth taken out. I thought it was so sweet that they sent me home with ice cream and an ice pack. Let me tell you, both came in handy! You can tell they are all about service and making sure their patients are taking care of. The only thing I would suggest is an FAQ sheet. I liked the videos sent to me, but I think an FAQ sheet would have helped me feel more at ease.
