Simply an AMAZING team— with young children and adults! All employees are so fun, personable and caring. Dr. Thiery listens 100% to his patients and was able to fix my concerns same day I came in for initial evaluation (I couldn’t believe it). You never feel rushed or judged. I have been to many dentists in the area and I I find I either like the dentist OR I like the hygienist and staff, but never both. Finally, I found a place that I like everyone. I know many children are scared of the dentist. They make it fun and not scary for the little ones. Our 4 year old has actually been asking, “When do I get to go to the dentist again?” Highly recommend!!!!

We have went to Dr. Thiery at Young at Heart Dentistry over the past 7-8 years. The team does a great job at checking in with appointment reminders and call backs after performing procedures.
The most amazing experience was when we had to have a cavity filled for our 5 year old.
The team did great job explaining what they were going to do in terms that my child could understand. They made him feel comfortable by showing him the instruments they were going to be using and they let him hold and feel them. They explained some milestones in the procedure, so my child new what to expect as well. They were able to fill a cavity on him in about 10-15 minutes.
I have always felt like Dr. Thierry has a straight forward and honest approach to dentistry and I would not go anywhere else.

What an amazing staff there called and the lady on the phone was so nice, sweet, kind, awesome, and very very helpful! Very affordable too! Got my appointment in and I will review how my appointment goes too. I am absolutely postive that it will go amazing. If anyone is looking for a dentist, this is the the place to go!!
Following up my appointment today 9/25/2017
It went amazing!! The whole staff answered any question I had and taught me alot on my visit. What an amazing dentistry team they have there. I loved the whole visit! Very understanding with the emotional aspect and how scary dentists "may be", but speaking from a person that gets anxiety from dentists and hospitals it was super comforting! I loved the whole experience and can't wait for the follow ups and getting some more work done on my teeth! If anyone needs a place to go due to any reason, this is the place! Just tell them your fear or whatever it is and they will talk you through each step! Keep up the good work guys and gals!

About Young at Heart Dentistry
Young At Heart Dentistry is a general dental practice at 111 Tenth Avenue East in Alexandria, Minnesota, caring for smiles of all ages. The office describes its approach as individualized, noting that no one routine works for every patient, and it prioritizes helping patients get the treatment they need within their own budget. Services include dental exams and cleanings, pediatric dentistry, root canals, restorations, whitening and cosmetic dentistry, emergency appointments and tooth extractions, and custom mouth guards and snore guards. The office is open Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 1 PM.
For patients missing teeth, the practice offers dental implants as a time tested option to replace a single tooth or multiple teeth, with implants serving as anchors for individual crowns, multiple teeth, or a full denture that may be removable or fixed. Implants can also be used to stabilize dentures that have poor retention, using special attachments that lock the denture into place for better function. Young At Heart works together with oral surgeon colleagues to coordinate implant treatment plans, and it also provides crowns, bridges, dentures and partials. The team emphasizes relieving dental anxiety, making sure patients understand any treatment before it is provided, and following up afterward to ensure patients are happy with their results.
