I I was searching for a trustworthy dental office in Kissimmee and discovered this practice on Instagram. I鈥檓 very glad I chose them. The service was exceptional, and the staff provided outstanding attention from the moment I arrived. They made me feel at home, welcomed me with a first-time patient gift, and even gave me a tour of the office to help me feel comfortable. I would like to thank Dr. Carlos Medina and his entire team for making me feel confident and reassured about the treatment plan they will be starting with me.

I had an amazing experience at this dental office in Kissimmee from start to finish. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, and helpful with explaining everything, including scheduling and payment options. They made me feel comfortable right away, which really helped ease my nerves.
The dentist was truly outstanding鈥攑rofessional, knowledgeable and direct. They took the time to explain what was going on, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my treatment options without feeling rushed or pressured.
The entire team works together so smoothly, and the atmosphere is clean, calm, and reassuring. If you鈥檙e looking for a dentist in Kissimmee who treats you with respect and provides high-quality care, I highly recommend this office!

Love this place, staff is very attentive and detail to the patient care is first. Hygienist Lorena takes care of everything, she is very detailed and goes thru with patient explaining all and making sure that you feel comfotable thru the procedure. Ask for Mimas therapy dog, she is lovable.

Always a great experience here. No long wait times, always remind me of my appointment, staff always friendly, love my dental hygienist since she always gives me tips on how to do better. Got my wisdom teeth taken out last year and no complaints about that experience. Very flexible and understanding staff. Always a pleasure in their calm environment! 馃槍

Before I came to the office for my appointment I spoke with Catalina and she took her time to explain the procedure of the office as far as treatment plans and how cost would be calculated. She made me feel very comfortable over the phone due to her honesty I made an appointment Once I arrived to the office I was greeted with a wonderful front staff who were kind and professional. Once I met Dr. Rizvi she was EXCELLENT! She saw I was in secure and her bedside manner calmed me as she further explained the status of my oral hygiene. She came up with a plan that made me feel comfortable and confident that I will be better.
