From the first person at the front desk to the administrative and clinical staff, I was impressed with the friendly and professional assistance during my procedure. My root canal was a pleasant and pain free experience thanks to Dr. Sorenson who has a wonderful way of instilling confidence and putting u at ease. I knew I was in good hands. Thanks for saving my tooth Dr. Sorenson. Everyone at this Clinic is always so happy, friendly, patient and go above and beyond to assure comfort. Thank You.

The experience was great! If you are concerned don’t be! The staff makes you welcoming, comfortable, relaxed and explains every step and process. My dentist was awesome! No pain, I feel better immediately and all my medications that I am to take was ordered when I decided to have the procedure and worked extremely well.,I wish that I could give more stars.,

I would like to give a shout-out to Dr. Howard Sorensen for always doing an amazing job with my root canals. He is incredibly patient and takes his time when numbing my mouth, which makes the experience much more comfortable and virtually pain-free.
The entire staff is wonderful as well. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and they always remember me by name when I walk in. The dental assistants are consistently kind, professional, and caring. It's clear that they truly value their patients and work hard to provide excellent care.
Thank you, Dr. Sorensen and your team, for always making what could be a stressful procedure such a positive experience!

I am bad about going to the dentist until something really bothers me. I was able to get an appointment next day where doctor determined that I needed a root canal and some reconstruction. I was able to schedule that easily. The staff are friendly and have the answers you need. Doctor Sorensen is kind, with excellent beside manner. He went over my options clearly. They also have what they need in house to complete their diagnosis.

From my first entrance into Yuma Endodontics, it was a clean and welcoming space. I was greeted promptly and checked in. After a short wait, I was escorted to a room and immediately the assistant took X-rays and a panoramic image. Dr Sorensen came in shortly after and determined that a root canal was recommended. We discussed various options and settled on the root canal. After confirming payment, I was prepped for the procedure. Dr Sorensen and his assistants were efficient and the procedure went well and was painless. Dr Sorensen answered all of my questions. I had no swelling and minimal soreness around the affected tooth after the procedure, but that went away after 24 hours. I highly recommend Yuma Endodontics and would return if the situation warranted. Thank you Yuma Endodontics!

Meet the Doctors
The practice is led by two endodontic specialists, Dr. Howard J. Sorensen, DDS, MS, and Dr. Chase G. Thompson, DMD, both of whom are specialist members of the American Association of Endodontists. Dr. Sorensen, a board certified endodontist, completed his endodontic residency and anesthesia training at the University of Iowa before relocating to Yuma. Dr. Thompson pursued advanced specialty training in endodontics in Manhattan, New York, after leaving military service in 2016. They are supported by an experienced endodontic staff.
