If I could give 100 stars I would. After FIVE different dentists either failed or refused to extract an infected tooth due to my anxiety, I started to feel defeated and most importantly sick from the tooth. I decided to try one last place and that's when I found Yuma Smiles. I explained the entire dilemma to Dr Carroll and he assured me he could deal with my anxiety. The day of my appt everything went smoothly. I was feeling my anxiety throughout the procedure but I tried my best to push through. Dr Carroll had my tooth out in less than a minute. A thirty second extraction, that five other dentists (3 of which were oral surgeons) were telling me I needed to be sedated for them to do it. Thank you Dr Carroll for being a compassionate human being and showing understanding of anxiety, to help patients like myself get the urgent care they need. Also, a big thank you so his amazing assistant, she was so kind and also helped ease my fears during the procedure. If you need a great and compassionate dentist, this is the place to go!!

I'm super glad I decided to choose Yuma Smiles to handle my broken tooth emergency. I was able to be seen quickly. I had a 99% painless (only pain was from the initial numb shots, and jaw soreness from having it open for awhile) root canal and permanent crown done in just a bit over 2 hours. At the time of this review, it is the day after my procedure, and I have zero swelling, minimal gum line irritation, and my jaw feels much better. On top of the excellent work done, Dr. Carrol and his staff were very kind, understanding, informative of every step, and made me feel a lot less anxious about it. The office uses up-to-date technology, and is very clean. I highly recommend this office, and I will be back in the future for a deep clean soon. Thank you so much!

I had a toothache so bad I couldn’t stop crying. I was unhappy with my last dentist and so i asked my employees for advice. One of them had just recently gone here and loved it, so I called. They booked me for two days later, but immediately called me back after realizing how much pain I was in and told me to come in. I couldn’t believe how nice they were and knew I was in a lot of pain. Thank you. Especially Nat. Now for Dr Carroll. He knew I was scared and in pain. He promised me he was gonna take care of me. And he did. I have always felt pain when the novocain was given. I never did with him! The extractions, same thing. No pain! The days following, no pain! I am so grateful for him. Thank you sir, you are amazing! I’m gonna have a lot more done to my teeth with him and I’m not even scared. I can’t wait to smile again. I’m so happy with him I wanted to stand out front his business with a sign saying how great they are, but this way I won’t look like a nut! Thank you guys again, you truly are the best!!!!

Incredible dentist. Came in with an infected root canal and Dr. Carrol helped get me right. It was a clean and painless operation. 12 hours after and I am barely sore. The whole staff was great! Will be returning

Dr. Carroll made a new set of dentures for me in 2023. I have been impressed with the fit and look of them, they are much better than my old set. I have not had any problems so far. Very happy and would recommend if you need dentures or new teeth. When I am back in yuma, he will be my dentist.
