After visiting three different dentists for my son, we finally found the right one at Zak Dental in Temecula. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. We checked in early and were taken back promptly. After my son's X-rays, we met with Dr. Kopal through a video screen, which was a new experience for us. Dr. Kopal was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. He carefully explained the X-ray results, answered all of our questions, and walked us through every step of the procedure so we knew exactly what to expect. The staff was just as impressive. They clearly explained what our insurance would cover, what our out-of-pocket costs would be, and even offered flexible payment plan options. There were no surprises—everything was transparent and easy to understand. To our surprise and relief, the entire procedure was completed the very same day. My son and I left feeling genuinely cared for, respected, and confident that we had received the best possible treatment. I've never had such a positive experience at a dental office. Every member of the team was friendly, compassionate, professional, and made us feel like we truly mattered. I highly recommend Zak Dental in Temecula to anyone looking for outstanding dental care. My wife visited Zak Dental in Temecula two days ago. She does NOT like to go to the dentist, but this might change after the great experience she had. She said the dentist, Dr. Asatani, was comforting and knowledgeable and he made her visit very pleasant. She said the office was nicely decorated and the staff made her feel welcome and they were friendly with all the patients there. She also mentioned an assistant, Taylor, who, along with Dr. Asatani, made her feel comfortable, explaining everything very clearly. My wife came home with a new and much better attitude about dental care!

I saw Dr Asatani at Zak Dental as a new patient today. I had a tooth that was hurting. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received from Dr Asatani and his assistant, Taylor. They both were comforting and knowledgeable and explained everything they needed to do in simple terms so that I understood everything that was happening. The office was clean and nicely decorated. The office staff was friendly. I would give both Dr Asatani and Taylor an A+ for the care I received.

I have been a patient of this office for 6+ years. Dr Asatani is amazing and I always feel much better after my appt. The office staff is also so friendly and they go above and beyond. Jennifer always makes accommodations for you when you’re in pain. Cynthia in the front always has a smile on her face and is so welcoming.

I've had a great experience with Zak Dental over the last year +, I had a significant amount of work done and the staff has always been courteous, friendly, and professional. The front desk staff are always a pleasure, my dental assistants Taylor and Sandra are super nice and professional and Dr. Tran is the best dentist I've ever had (and is hilarious too 🙂).
