Richard Miyata is great if you want to hear him discussing his nasty personal life with the hygienists. Yeah he鈥檚 great for having full conversations about fishing and kayaking while he鈥檚 jamming sharp instruments into your mouth over and over because he can鈥檛 stop talking about his personal life long enough to perform the services in a courteous and professional manner.

Very good馃憤馃憤馃徑馃憤馃徔 I used to go elsewhere for my dental cleanings and they told me I had perio 馃檧Plus, their 'cleanings' felt like torture... I came here for a second opinion and it turns out my gums were actually healthy 馃憤 AND the cleaning feels very pleasant! Will continue coming here!

I really appreciate the calm and welcoming atmosphere at Zen Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the office felt soothing-not like a typical clinical setting, but more like a place designed to put patients at ease. Dr. Miyata doesn't push unnecessary treatments, which I've unfortunately experienced elsewhere. Instead the focus is on my actual health and comfort. Things are explained clearly, and I always feel like I am in capable, caring hands. The staff is also excellent -they're patient and kind even when I am anxious, and Kay at the front desk has been wonderful, getting me in quickly when something urgent came up. I would recommend Zen dentistry to anyone looking for dental care that is both professional and genuinely supportive..
