I am truly impressed by all of the aspects of my last visit. The office staff was very attentive and courteous, and I didn't wait at all. Dr. Woo has a wonderful way of interacting and explained very well what he would do for me. He was attentive and responded to all of my questions. He was gentle and quick. I will definitely come back to this office whenever I need periodontal services!

Maybe they are ok just for regular cleanings, but I had a really bad experience trying to replace my retainer. I have had a retainer for years that has done a good job of keeping my teeth straight. They told me I grind my teeth at night (I confirmed this is not true from my partner) and encouraged me to get a night guard. I came in to get the night guard fitted. It took one hour for them to fit it to my mouth because the 3D model the night guard was made from was broken. I repeatedly said that I was concerned about it not being made to fit my mouth, and they told me it would take time to adjust but I could come back if it didn’t fit. The night guard made my teeth crooked and my gums sore, even after 3 weeks where I hoped it was just my mouth adjusting. I came back to talk to them about this and to get my chart so that I could switch to a new dentist. It took one hour for them to do this, when they said the only option was to re-scan everything to get a new retainer. They also told me I needed some injection that was meant to kill bacteria. I got those shots for $200 after copay but now am doubting whether I needed it at all. The dental hygienist was also pretty unprofessional, kept asking me out even after I said I was dating someone.

I had one of the best patient experiences at Zen Dentistry FiDi. From the moment I rolled in (I use a wheelchair), the team made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. They were very accommodating—there were no issues transferring to the dental chair, and they kindly offered assistance while still respecting my independence. The dental hygienist was incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable, she took the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully. The dentist was just as impressive—reassuring, upfront, and never made me feel judged. I’ve never been a fan of going to the dentist and admittedly neglected my teeth for a while, but their approach completely changed how I feel about dental care. Thanks to their awesome bedside manner and professionalism, I actually feel motivated to keep up with my visits moving forward. Highly recommend!

Zen Dentistry is a quality dentist. I always feel my concerns are fully addressed. Everyone is friendly and personable which makes going there a pleasant experience. The front desk staff made paying for services easy and efficient. Setting up appointments was easy too. The dental staff are highly competent, demonstrating complex knowledge of my issues. I fully recommend Zen Dentistry.

Zen dentistry was an amazing experience. I felt calm, comfortable and I usually get so much anxiety going to the dentist. The office was really clean and Dr. Demetree was amazing. Kind, polite, professional and the appointment was over in what felt like no time. Highly recommend!!
