I cannot recommend this office enough! From the moment I walked in, the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helped get me checked in smoothly. The facility is immaculately clean and modern. Annette & Dana were my hygienist and they were so gentle yet thorough, making the cleaning experience comfortable. Dr. Chi is outstanding—compassionate, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me without making me feel pressured. If you are looking for a trustworthy, friendly team, this is the place to go!

I have been a patient of Dr. Zsambeky since he graduated from UNC Dental School and took over Dr. Harrell's practice on Spring Street in Concord. I have never even considered going to anyone else. I appreciate that the team stays up-to-date on all the latest equipment and procedures. Over the years I have seen a lot of different hygienists, but currently I see Sharon and she has taught me a lot about keeping my gums and teeth healthy. Everyone in the office is great. They make sure my insurance is filed and when I leave I don't have anything to worry about.

Dr Chi is a very caring and compassionate dentist. She has helped me overcome my anxiety of going to the dentist with her professionalism and caring that she exhibits with every visit.
