Every verified practice can receive patients from the directory. You are billed once, when a new patient shows up and sits in your chair. Never for a call, a click, or a booking that does not happen.

What you are never billed for
Every one of these costs you money somewhere else. An agency bills you for the lead. The ad platform bills you for the click. Both of them bill you whether anyone walks through your door or not.
Two things worth knowing
Already your patient? Say so before you confirm.
When a booking comes in, you see the patient's name before you accept the appointment. If they are already a patient of record, flag them with the date of their last visit and there is no fee. Patients are asked the same question when they book, so most prior relationships are caught before the booking ever reaches you.
Why more of them show up
Every patient puts down a $25 deposit to hold the appointment, and gets it back by confirming they attended. Showing up costs them nothing. Disappearing costs them something.
What you need to start
Verified listing
Claim your practice listing for $19.99 a month. Verification is what opens patient delivery to you, both standard seated patients and those verified at a credit score of 650 or above.
Patient agreement
A short contract that sets the fee for each patient type and defines exactly what counts as a seated patient. It also covers how to flag a patient you have seen before, and the window you have to dispute a charge.
Card on file
A card we keep on file and charge only after a patient attends, so there is nothing to invoice and nothing to chase. It is never charged at signup, and never charged for a patient who does not arrive.
Pay per patient is not a self-serve checkout. Practices are enrolled individually.
